Chris Wright

Revd. Dr Chris Wright was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His doctorate from Cambridge is in Old Testament ethics. He taught in India 1983-88, and then at All Nations Christian College, where he was Principal from 1993-2001. He is now the International Director of the Langham Partnership. From 2005-2010 he was Chair of the Lausanne Theology Working Group and was the chief architect of The Cape Town Commitment, from the Third Lausanne Congress in 2010. His books include  The Mission of God, The Mission of God’s People, The God I Don’t Understand, and a number of books on the Old Testament. Chris and his wife Liz have four adult children and several grandchildren, and live in London.
